**COURSE PLAN**
WHAT	This intensive course is intended for the trainee to acquire basic skills and knowledge towards a full-fledged, government-recognized qualification as a Caregiver. 　　※Note: Please see to it that you can commute from your place(House)to 　　　　the School(Yoyogi) and Training Facilities (Tokyo Area).
HOW MUCH	Tuition fee is only 53,250(tax included) for the three-month period 　　Lecture & Training 47,250 　　　　Textbooks 6,000 For those who need an English summary, additional 3,150 Physical Examination is a must but fee is not included. ※For Installment basis payment Pls. consult us. ※Payment should be done before opening of the class.

HOW LONG	The correspondence program is designed to be completed within three months. The lesson is in Japanese. But a reference in English, as well as English summary, will be provided for the core subjectＳｃｈｅｄｕｌｅ

1 Month Home Study.Trainees will be required to submit a total of 4 reports.	⇒	An 8-day classroom training course in Tokyo will be provided	⇒	(OJT Weekdays　Only) 　A 5-day practical training in health care facilities and home visits(include a 1-day simulation) will be conducted.	⇒	A Caregiver Level II Completion Certificate will be awarded
